Endoscopic Brow and Mid-Face Lift, Upper and Lower Blepharoplasty and Revision Rhinoplasty

This 50 year-old female presented with desire for facial rejuvenation and improvement in nasal aesthetics and function. She had previously undergone septorhinoplasty surgery but was very dissatisfied with the twisted tip and the inability to breath through her nose. With deep breaths, the nose would collapse. Follow-up pictures shown are from one year after her surgery.

Before After

Frontal view: The brow is higher and arched over the outer aspect of the eye. The eyes are much more open and appear refreshed. The midface is dramatically elevated (note where the light reflects off of her skin and the hollowness of the lower lids preoperatively). The profound hook of her nose to the left has been removed; the tip is centered in the face and symmetric. Although not pictures, one of the things that most pleases the patient is that she can now breath through her nose.

Before After

Oblique view: All of the items from the frontal view can be seen here as well; but the most important thing to note is the large change in the cheek position and how the elevation of the cheek dramatically improves the contour of the lower eyelid.
