Endoscopic Brow and Mid-Face Lift, Upper and Lower Blepharoplasty

This 58 year-old wanted to improve the heaviness that she saw around her eyes. She also had a skin cancer removed from the side of her nose and this was repaired one month before the cosmetic surgery. The postoperative pictures are from 4 months after the cosmetic surgery.

Oblique view: Improvements in the eyes are seen with less fullness, better cheek contour and more visible room for eye shadow. The skin graft on her nose also blends well and is hardly visible.
