This 35 year-old male wanted less size and projection of his nose. The ultimate goal in rhinoplasty is to refine a nose so that it fits the face and enhances other facial features. These pictures represent a one year result .

Frontal view: The tip of the nose has shifted to the midline from its deviation to the right in the preoperative picture (note the position of the light reflex), the dorsum is no longer tilted to the right and width fits his face well.

Lateral view: The dorsal hump has been softened; the tip is less hooked downward and the tip has been deprojected (brought closure to the face).
