Superficial-Plane Face Lift, Endoscopic Brow Lift and Lower Blepharoplasty
This is a 54 year-old woman who requested surgical rejuvenation of her face. She has a relatively deep-set eye and so brow lift without upper blepharoplasty was chosen to enhance her upper lid appearance. The follow up pictures are two years after her surgical procedure.

Frontal: The eyes are more open and refreshed. The redundant skin of the lower eyelids has been removed, the melolabial folds adjacent to the nose are softened; her cheeks have been lifted; and her jowls reduced.

Lateral: The brow is less heavy. The lower eyelids flow naturally into the cheek without a step-off at the end of the orbital rim. The distance from the chin back to the neck skin is dramatically greater reflecting the improvement in the neck contour.
